Why Us

Complete advice. Clearly given.

What makes us different?

With business finance and financial planning becoming so complex, it is more important than ever to take advice from experts you can trust. We are able to provide advice where many others simply aren’t qualified to do so.

The majority of people who contact a financial advisor are looking for advice on just one aspect of their finances, be it pensions, investments, mortgages or personal insurance. We can offer you far more than that.

We aim to introduce you to the ‘bigger picture’ of financial planning for life. By working in conjunction with other professionals, such as solicitors and accountants, we are also well-placed to offer clients help and guidance on matters such as will planning and individual tax planning, offering a complete and fully-integrated approach to financial planning.

We give complete advice. Clearly given.

It’s the quality which makes us different – it comes with being Chartered.

Do you provide defined benefit/final salary transfer advice?

Yes we do but these can be quite complex so we would need an initial meeting or conversation first to discuss your wider financial situation and your objectives for the future.

How much mortgage deposit will I need?

Generally this is now 15% for residential purchases (with a very small number of lenders offering 10%) and 20% – 25% for BTLs.

I’ve been turned down by my bank. Can I still get a commercial mortgage?

Commercial mortgage lenders have their own requirements for assessing loans. There are a lot of specialist lenders that offer much more flexibility than high street banks. Different lenders lean towards different sectors and different circumstances. An application that was turned down by one lender may be seen very differently by another. We will refer you to a trusted master broker and commercial finance specialist who would be able to match you with the best lender for your circumstances.

The Financial Conduct Authority do not regulate commercial mortgages.
Commercial mortgages are available by referral only.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

The value of pensions and investments and the income they produce can fall as well as rise. You may get back less than you invested.
