How long will it take?
That’s a difficult question and sometimes that’s down to you, the quicker we get in all the information, the quicker we can apply! Most lending decisions are made within 24 hours, but mortgage offers can take longer – generally between 7 days and a month depending on the lender used. This may also depend on how busy the housing and mortgage market is and if you mortgage is complex.

Every case and client is different, so our fees may be dependent on a number of circumstances. We will provide you with a breakdown of our fees on request, and please be assured that all initial discussions or meetings are at our cost, not yours.
