First-time Buyer Mortgages

Buying a house is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. Can you afford to get it wrong? Let us help you get the keys to your new home with our first time buyer mortgages.

We deal with all major lenders and many smaller ones not on the high street – we offer a mortgage review service that is representative of the whole of the market.

We have access to many different mortgage lenders – including those not on price comparison sites and newer challenger banks.

We secured over 150 mortgages and first time buyer mortgages for our clients last year (2020) and keep them all informed of developments in the mortgage market with our regular Essentially Mortgages magazine.

Daniel Bailey, our specialist mortgage advisor, is a qualified member of the Society of Mortgage Professionals, email him to discuss your purchase details.

We know how important buying your first home is, that’s why we will be focused on getting your mortgage processed quickly. We will discuss with you your plans for now and the future, and make a detailed assessment of your personal circumstances so that we can search our extensive database of mortgage lenders to find you a tailor-made product.

Most lending decisions are made within 24 hours, but mortgage offers can take longer -generally between 7 days and a month depending on the lender used. This may also depend on how busy the housing and mortgage market is and if you mortgage is complex.
